Pavel Tarasov provides services connected with participation in cross-border disputes. He has successful experience in supporting such disputes together with local lawyers in England, the USA, Cyprus, the British Overseas Territories, Russia, and other jurisdictions. Pavel often coordinates such proceedings. Amongst the matters on which Pavel advised Clients were the sale and acquisition of companies, the exercise of corporate rights in public companies, the application of Russian and Hungarian law by foreign courts and arbitral tribunals, a large-scale cross-border inheritance dispute, and a major insurance dispute. Before joining Cubistico Advisory, Pavel worked as an in-house counsel at coal companies and at the Russian law firm BGP Litigation.
